We have daytime and evening classes in Tai Chi.
Our daytime Tai Chi class initially started out as a "Tai Chi for Seniors". It continues to be our most popular Tai Chi class.
Senior Kung Fu
For seniors looking to expand their martial arts horizons, we have created a special martial arts class for you. We offer a special kung fu class for seniors. Here you can learn the core principles of our animal style kung fu at a pace that is right for you.
We teach a very effective fighting art based on animal styles. Excellent for self-defense skills, general conditioning, or martial arts development.
